Statement of Faith

I believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each having precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfections, and each worthy of precisely the same worship, confidence and obedience. I believe in the sovereignty and grace of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in creation, providence, revelation, redemption and final judgment.
I believe the 66 books of the Bible are inspired by God and without error in the autographs. They constitute the believers’ only infallible rule of faith and practice.
I believe in the universal sinfulness and guilt of human nature since the fall, and in the substitutionary sacrifice of the incarnate Son of God as the sole ground of redemption from the guilt, power, and penalty of sin.
I believe we as sinners are justified solely by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ crucified and risen from the dead.
I believe in the illuminating, regenerating, indwelling, and sanctifying work of God the Holy Spirit in the believer.
I believe in the unity and common priesthood of all true believers, who together form the one universal church, the body of which is Christ the head.
I believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ; the saved will enter the eternal state of glory with God, and the damned will be committed to eternal conscious punishment in hell.
